Donovan knows first hand what it feels like to fail and not feel good enough or seen as an individual. Through a series of leaning on mentors and getting the help he needed he was able to break that mindset and overcome what he thought was impossible in just 5 short years.
He now wants people to know that their condition is not their conclusion and that by following a simple set of strategies that he used to overcome his struggles, that anyone can achieve their wildest dreams.

TO SERVE 100K STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND ATHLETES BY THE END OF 2024
He wants to use his speaking services to develop social emotional learning (SEL) components in students, athletes, coaches, & educators so schools can improve retention, increase graduation rates, & capture scholarships academically and athletically.

Donovan believes deep down that educators are the backbone of our great country. He is passionate about pouring back into school leaders so they can ultimately pour into the students of today's generation
DONOVAN MOTIVATES ATHLETES
Donovan's competitive edge when speaking to athletes is that he is a former NCAA Division 1 national competitor who positioned himself in the top 1% of athletes in his sport. He knows what it takes to compete at a high level and gives strategy to student-athletes to help them overcome what they may think is impossible
